About Us

The Voice of Casper's Youth

Our vision is to have active, on-going youth participation in city government and community-related issues. We serve as a conduit of information between city government and our constituents; a builder of relationships between our youth, local government, and community; a representative of our youth demographic. We represent the youth perspective; bringing our voice to the decisions that shape our community.

Casper Youth Council is open to all NCSD high-school aged students interested in actively participating in local government.
